When I got home from work I decided to show my parents all of the pics I downloaded from work. No not porn you weirdos!!!

I was looking at the completely new 2006 Honda Civic Si. Navigation is an option on the EX and Si Civics for 2006! Impressive for an econobox. But it's not much of an econobox anymore! I'm guessing the Civic Si will be about 20-21K with nav. Not too bad considering the only power features it's lacking are power seats. It's an "econobox" after all. But the Si has 187hp (I think) which is not much less than my Prelude. :-( Plus it's a lighter car so I'm expecting 0-60 times close to my Prelude.

Here is the conversation I had with my mom.

ME: Isnt it really nice?!
MOM: Yes. How much is it?
ME: About 20K for this one (Civic Si)
ME: I want one!
MOM: You have sell one car.
ME: *GASP*

Ummmmm... I dont know if I really could afford another car. And sell one? That's it? Just one? I think she said 1 because it's relatively cheap. But at that price it's not much less than what I paid for my Prelude 5 years ago. She did think the Prelude was a good deal. It makes me drool. Maybe I will get one in 2 or 3 years, unless I can afford an Acura RL at that time. Or if I buy a house I wont be able to afford any cars. LOL! I'll be walking every where. :-p
